Based in Littleborough, Greater Manchester, our Location gives us the perfect base to service the home market.
Hilton Docker Mouldings are more widely known in the automotive trade where we supply many products to the commercial vehicle industry and offer large-scale production capacity producing high quality GRP mouldings (fibreglass) to customer requirements. We have our own in house pattern making facilities giving us the capability to work closely with the customer during the development stage of new products, ensuring that any changes can be made prior to the moulds being manufactured.
We specialise in moulding quality GRP products to our customers bespoke requirements. We can develop your ideas through the pattern and mould making stage to the finished product, on a one off or production basis. From the beginning of planning stages right through until the finished product rolls out of our factory we keep in contact with you, as we are committed to working closely with our customers to provide them with exactly what they want, when they need it!
Most of our own product range is for the commercial vehicle market and is designed to support our main service of supplying customer products out of their own moulds, by offering a range of GRP mouldings including Cab Tops and deflectors, these products help the customer who uses smaller quantities and does not generally have the need of their own moulds. Working from an area in excess of sixty thousand square feet, we have the capacity to produce thousands of fibreglass mouldings per year. We are accredited to European BS19001 standards and operate a full quality system throughout; we can offer full traceability of our products and materials if specified.
