Ready to Go: Scania P420B 8x4 RCV Ultra Vac c/w wash-down - Chassis Features: - Day Cab - Automatic - 8x4 Double Drive - Reversing Camera - Air Con - Ultra Vac Features: - Tank: - 4200 Gallons gross capacity, plus up to 1% manufacturing tolerance, straight cylindrical section tank manufactured from 4mm thick 304 stainless steel, 6mm thick ends, 5mm thick division and 2 x 4mm thick keyhole baffles. - TANK DIVISION: - Tank split 4000 gallons debris, clean water 200 gallons, division internal within main tank. - MOUNTINGS: - Tank is mounted on a sub frame as per chassis manufacturer’s recommendations and coupled to a Edbro multi stage tipping cylinder complete with safety check valve and height limiter. - REAR DOOR: - Fully hydraulic opening rear door complete with 6 x RTN Clayton Vallely PED specification door locks. - VACUUM PUMP: - Jurop LC580 water cooled vacuum pump complete with four Kelvar Vanes , piped for pressure and vacuum manual operation. (577 CFM) - DRIVE: - Driven via gearbox PTO hydraulic for vacuum pump and jetting application. - JETTING SYSTEM: - Speck NP25/50-210 jetting pump delivering 50lts per minute (11 gpm) at 210 bar, fed via a 2” water feed complete with large capacity 2” filter and isolation valve for filter cleaning. Low level water alarm also included to bring on a visual alarm when water is low and to turn off pump. - HOSEREEL 1: - Jurop 100mt 1/2” hydraulic operation stainless steel hose reel fitted to nearside rear, hose finishing in a male thread, control box for jetting controls and jetting pressure gauge fitted in close proximity. Hydraulic controls have float position and speed control fitted. - TANK INLET: - 4” manual ball valve with cast iron body and stainless-steel ball fitted in rear door. Bottom loading complete with internal stack pipe which is a straight pipe with no bends and heavy-duty wear elbow to nearside at 8 o’clock position. 6 inch Outlet valve , complete 4 inch Decant valve - CONTROLS: - Control box mounted on nearside, fully protected from impact, with switches for all controls including jetting.
