On these pages we show all trucks that are all-wheel-drive – at least those that are two axle trucks with all wheel drive. Most people will associate 4×4 trucks with pick ups, but they are much more than that. At Truckpages there are often specialist ex-military 4×4 trucks for sale like those General Service (GS) Leyland DAF trucks from the 1990s and the newer MAN Military trucks (although these tend to be 6×6 or 8×8). Practical uses for 4×4 trucks in the UK are for cherry pickers that need to navigate inhospitable areas to repair overhead cables – think Mercedes Unimogs! The most common 4×4 trucks available are from MAN, Mercedes and Iveco.

If you thought that self-driving trucks were a thing of the future, then you are wrong. Home Farm (Charlton) Estates’ latest Mercedes Unimog 4x4 can actually drive itself.
