You can find MAN Box trucks for sale across three of the manufacturer’s ranges in the UK. The most common MAN box on the UK’s roads and used truck market is the lightweight truck range, the MAN TGL. The TGL of choice for use as a box truck is the 7.5 tonne, 180hp TGL 7.180. For heavier box truck operation at 18 tonnes, operators will choose the TGM model – the 250hp 18-tonner is the most popular in this range. For three axle operation at 26 tonnes GVW, the TGS is most used as a box truck in the UK – overseas there are also examples of the TGX, but these will be set up for drawbar operation which is less popular in the UK.
