No XF450 Truck for Sale (0)
The 2018 model year XF450 was available as a rigid or a tractor unit. Looking at the spec for a midlift 6×2 tractor unit version with the longer 3.95m standard wheelbase (4.15m was also available) the standard, Space Cab version tips in with an unladen weight of 8,490kgs – add a further 73kgs for the Super Space Cab though. Bear in mind that these weights are for the 6-cylinder, 10.8-litre PACCAR MX-11 with the 12 speed TraXon automated gearbox. Check that the front axle is the standard 8 tonne – options were 7.5 and 9-tonnes. Other nice options that could add to the price – or the appeal of the XF450 are the driver’s air bag, front & side camera systems, air horns, LED headlights, air cab suspension. There were no fewer than three choices of driver’s seat as an alternative to the standard ‘comfort air’ – these were ‘Luxury Air, Super Air and Xtra Leather Air!’. The same options were available for the upgrades to the ‘basic’ passenger seat
The MX-13 engine is an option in the lower-powered XF430 and in the higher powered XF480 and XF530.

Cambridgeshire tanker and haulage specialist Turners (Soham) Ltd. has taken delivery of its 1,000th lightweight ‘FTP’ 6x2 mid-lift tractor from DAF Trucks. Seven New Generation DAF XFs Join Tanker Fleet
Bulk powder and liquid specialist, Abbey Logistics, has taken delivery of seven New Generation DAF XF 450 FTP tractor units, as part of its ongoing fleet replenishment programme. The new trucks continue the long-standing relationship between DAF Trucks and Abbey Logistics. Also joining the fleet are four previous generation DAF XFs.
