Wincanton has selected Renault Trucks as part of its multimillion investment in electric vehicle technology to provide home delivery services for IKEA. The investment, which support IKEA’s goal of reaching 100% zero emission last mile deliveries by 2025, sees Wincanton purchase ten 16 tonne Renault Trucks E-Tech D16s, part of a 30-vehicle deal which also comprises 20 vans supplied by Ford.
