All references to “the buyer” refer to the user applying to place an advertisement for a product on the Site.
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Transport Media Pages Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The copyright in all advertisements (both text and photographs) shall be owned by us and the Buyer hereby assign all such copyright to us.
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by Transport Media Pages Limited.
Limitation of Liability
Transport Media Pages Limited excludes all warranties, express or implied relating to this Website. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranty that the information it contains is accurate or up-to-date or is suitable for any particular purpose. Transport Media Pages Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as the result of the use of this Website.
Changes To This Agreement

Placement of Advertisements
In placing an advertisement on the Site you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions laid out here. These terms and conditions and the contract of which they form part shall be governed by English law.
The content of the advertisement you supply must be legal, decent, honest and truthful and must comply with the British code of Advertising. Transport Media Pages Limited may amend the advertisement to ensure compliance with these requirements. We are not able to verify the truthfulness of any statements (including the right to use photographs) submitted by a Buyer.
The Buyer shall be responsible for any losses, expenses or other costs incurred by Us caused by any incorrect or untruthful content including images.
If we are unable to accept an advertisement for any reason, we will attempt to inform the Buyer if possible. If the advertisement is rejected by us, the Buyer will not be charged.
If the advertisement does not appear due to an error by us, the Buyer may receive a refund of the advert price or the additional missing time added to the advertisement appearing online, unless the omission was caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of us or breach of contract by the Buyer.
Transport Media Pages Limited’s liability for breach of contract or negligence shall not exceed an amount equal to the price of the advertisement or all of the advertisements involved.
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
