Gateway Auctions is a trusted North West auction house with national coverage that attracts buyers from across the UK and overseas. We deal with construction equipment, from diggers and dumpers to forklift trucks and access platforms, and ‘distressed assets’ acquired as part of repossessions. No two sales are the same, and past lots have included items as diverse as sewing machines, printing equipment, stage lighting, cars and luxury coaches. Our purpose-designed site in Whalley, Lancashire, has eight acres of external space, 25,000 sq ft of modern warehouse space and a state-of-the-art office block housing our Gateway team. Extensive planning went into our site to come up with the most effective ways to store and dispose of the range of assets we sell. All our auctions are carried out using a timed online platform, which attracts more than 15,000 bidders each year from around the globe.
