Protuck’s drive through Harrogate auction on the 1st of October has attracted some quality entries. One of these trucks is on this week’s front cover – a 2017 Scania 730S Griffin Spec 6×2 tractor unit complete with a full set of lightbars and impressive Griffin paintwork. The Scania is joined by quality tractor units from MAN, Volvo and Mercedes, whilst other entries include historic trucks from Leyland plus a REALLY high DAF 12 tonne curtainsider that is almost brand new. CVA too have an impressive Scania tractor unit going through their 27th September sale – there is a 2013 R500 V8 with custom airbrushing sitting alongside a later 2015 R580 with a tag axle. For those of you with a few pounds to spend on your own personal transport, Myrak have a 2021 Land Rover Defender 90 400hp petrol hybrid for sale – fully kitted out and the company will take plant in part exchange!
