These 1824 Actros trucks are the workhorses of the range. 18 tonne rigids at Euro 6 (after 2013) are used mainly for local distribution.
The Actros took over from the discontinued Antos brand at the 18-tonne weight range around 2015/16 so if you are looking for a slightly older model, you should consider the Antos (from 2013 to 2015/6).
If you are looking for an older-still 18-tonne Mercedes truck, then the earlier model was called the Axor. this was phased out in 2013 to make way for the discontinued Antos.
