Scania do not rule the curtainsider segment as they do in others – if you see a curtainside truck for sale it is much more likely to be one of the competing brands. Nonetheless, there is still a wide choice of used Scania curtainsiders for sale here at Truckpages. The vast majority of these are the P Series model range running at 18 tonnes GVW. There will be the odd R Series cabbed 6×2 – but these will be a rarity and used primarily as a Scania drawbar curtainsider. Chances are that the 18 tonne curtainsiders will have been well maintained as they are likely to have been ordered from new by some brand loyal – or simply brand conscious operators taking pride in their vehicles.
