Lightweight MAN TGS Tractor Units for Drinks Specialist
McPhersons of Aberlour, Banffshire, has just taken delivery of six New MAN TGS tractors. The new additions are the first vehicles to join the fleet in the company's new Colbolt Blue corporate livery. Six New DAF XF530 for Aggregate Work
FM Conway, the largest manufacturer of asphalt in the south-east of England, has taken delivery of six new DAF XF 530 6x2 tractor units – replacing a different make within FM Conway’s aggregate and asphalt division. Approximately 60 DAF trucks operate across the company’s ten divisions, and now make-up 15% of the total fleet of 400 vehicles. The new XF 530 fleet was supplied by local DAF Dealer Channel Commercials, a decision influenced by several key factors, primarily cost-effectiveness, with DAF offering a competitive whole-life pricing structure. UK’s Largest Volvo FH Aero Tractor Unit Order
Maritime Transport has ordered a total of 150 new Volvo FH Aero with I-Save 6x2 tractor units. The first 20 trucks are already operational across Maritime’s 41 sites including eight rail freight terminals – joining a fleet that already includes 525 Volvo FH with I-Save trucks – marking Maritime’s latest efforts to maximise its fleet’s fuel economy and support its environmental strategy.
