Iveco are better known for their lightweight tippers in the UK than as a manufacturer of 8 wheel tippers.
There is nothing wrong with the Trakker range of tippers, but UK operators seem to prefer alternative brands. These Iveco Tipper pages tend to be full of Eurocargo tippers – typically around the 7.5 tonne mark, although the Iveco Daily is popular as a tipper lower down the weight range too.
It seems that the Eurocargo 75E16 is the truck of choice as far as any Iveco tipper is concerned in the UK market although some canny operators are seeing the benefit of using the Daily range as a tipper – especially the 7-tonne versions which have a small footprint and good payload.
